Warm welcome with iced coffee and almond milk, and a very helpful orientation to the city. Excellent walkable location to Leuca. On-site parking. Your own private terrace and you can hand wash and hang your laundry if needed. Silvana and Mrs. Concetta took very good care of us. Thank you.

The bedroom was large and comfortable and it was as if we had a mini-apartment including the bathroom and outdoor space. Located just a short walk from the seafront, the property was really lovely. Silvana was extremely welcoming, offering us a special local iced coffee on arrival, made with local almond milk- and locality was key to all the other lovely touches such as the biscuits, yoghurt, fruit and bread served in the generous and abundant breakfast. We were also given fantastic orientation information to Leuca on arrival and helped to book a boat trip which was a success. I can’t recommend this place any more highly- we loved our stay here- extending by a day- and really felt at home!
