Beautiful villa
Posted Sep. 4, 2024 on HomeAwayWe had a wonderful week's stay in this villa on our tour of Puglia. The view, outside seating area and pool are stunning. We enjoyed the sunsets from the roof terrace. Excellent BBQ area too. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were really comfy. Fabio was a perfect host and nothing was too much trouble to help us with. There were some essential kitchen items that we felt were missing at check in and he supplied these the next day. You can walk to a nearby restaurant which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Idyllic luxury villa with breathtaking views
Posted Jul. 27, 2024 on HomeAwayWe spend a fabulous week in this stunning villa. The only drawback was that it was difficult to leave. The interiors are luxurious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. Air con was much appreciated in the July heat. The vegetable garden with endless supply of fresh tomatoes and basil was a welcome bonus!

Lovely home with pool
Posted Aug. 7, 2017 on HomeAwayThe owner is great and was responsive to our questions. This house is just a short drive or a 10-15 minute walk outside of town. The house has a master with ensuite and adjoining bunk room and down the hall there is another room with two twins and then another with a king. Main bathroom is share by these two rooms. We slept two families of 4 comfortably. There is no indoor living room and the kitchen has a small table but that was not an issue since we ate our meals on the terrace and spent most of our time on the pool deck. The rooftop was lovely too but the weather was too hot to spend any time up there.
There are three air conditioning units. One in the master. One in the room with two twins and one at the end of the hall by the door to the other bedroom and main bathroom. They kept us comfortable during the heat wave.
The seating by the pool has a nice sun screen overhead to relax under and also a hammock.
Very well finished place.
There is a security gate and wall and the property has active neighbours which made us feel quite safe.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils.

A gorgeous villa, would definitely recommend it.
Posted Aug. 2, 2017 on HomeAwayThis villa is beautiful, the pool area is lovely, the raised seating area is a great place to sit watching the sunset across the sea. The pool has changeable coloured lighting at night.
The property is modern, clean and well equipped, coffee maker, hairdryer etc. there are 2 double bedrooms, one twin and a bunk bed which is off one of the double bedrooms. Both the main bathroom and the ensuite are very modern and seemed brand new. The only thing that it lacks is a lounge, but there is outdoor seating and really you spend your entire time outside.
There is also a rooftop terrace with sun loungers, outdoor shower, sun loungers around the pool.
Close enough to a few restaurants that were in walking distance.
Fabio was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
A man comes every evening to water the surrounding vegetable patch.

Herrlicher Urlaub,grandiose Aussicht,toller Gastgeber

Der Ausblick auf das Meer sowohl vom Pool , als auch der Veranda ein unvergleichliches Vergnügen.Die Villa sehr gepflegt,mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gastronomie rund herum lecker ,die Menschen herzlich .

Très belle maison et meilleur couchés de soleil dés Pouilles
Posted Aug. 10, 2023 on HomeAwayNous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans la maison de Fabio (très bien équipée et meublée avec beaucoup de goût). Ce que nous avons le plus aimé : le bougainvillea qui décore la terrasse, les petites sorties à la plage de galets à pied pour voir les poissons (chaussures de baignade recommandées à cause des oursins), visite du château de Gallipoli, sandwiches de poulpe à Otranto, les couchés de soleil, visite du phare et puis les grottes en bateau, visite de Lecce en partant direction nord des Pouilles… merci mille fois, Fabio - une adresse à retenir sans hésitation !

Il paradiso nel Salento
Posted Jul. 2, 2022 on HomeAwayLa location è realmente come si vede dalle foto, c’è tutto quello che può servire, molto pulito, tranquillo…il paradiso!
L’unica nota un tantino stonata è l’ora del check out, 9,30 è troppo presto, anche perché alle 8,30 arrivano già le signore a pulire.
