Within minutes to Carmel by the Sea, Monterey or Santa Cruz County this is the perfect location to explore everything the Monterey Bay area has to offer.


We hope you will enjoy this fantastic Ocean Front View three (3) bedroom, three (3) full bath, 1665 square foot Townhouse. 

This townhouses has unobstructed views straight out to the Pacific Ocean. Open beam ceilings and large windows take advantage of the spectacular view.

This special residential townhouse is the perfect vacation getaway on the Monterey Bay and you will wish it was your everyday beach home.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean and end your day with a walk on the beach with beautiful sunsets right out your door.

HOA includes community pool, spa, tennis courts and a sport court. 

We're sorry, you may not bring your adorable pets to this home. This includes service animals as the owners are highly allergic to animals. Anyone found bringing animals into the home will incur an additional $10,000 fee for the stringent cleaning required to make the home habitable again for the property owners.

Your hosts have provided the services of Carmel Coast Estate, Inc a locally owned and operated full service Real Estate and Property Management company. Your Property Managers are available by cellular phone, text messaging and email during your visit.

Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.

In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property has electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.

The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations
of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive
information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside
the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.

Great location for a getaway
I spent a few days here with my parents and ten-year-old son. The views from the house are amazing, and we saw some sea lions playing in the waves. The beds and living room furniture are all extremely comfortable, and it has everything you would want in a vacation house. We would certainly come back!

Six adult cousins & spouses gathered folllowing the Celebration of one who left us too soon. The property was lovely - very modern & relaxing. We enjoyed visiting the Monterey/Pebble Beach/Carmel area a short drive away. Our only complaint was the jets in the hot tub refused to come on. Other than that, a wonderful visit.

Unforgettable Memories @ the Beach
We have rented many homes on the beach and this one is by far our favorite. It is perfectly located only steps from the secluded waves which is the perfect backdrop to sip your morning coffee or cheers with a glass of wine at sunset. The sand + surf kept our children (including teenagers) busy ALL DAY, and when we were ready to rest, the home was well appointed (and super clean) to make family dinners, play board games and watch movies TOGETHER. The property manager was so friendly, communicative and attentive to all of our needs and questions. Needless to say the memories we made were unforgettable, and we can't wait to return!

Loved walking from back door to beach walks enjoying birds and ocean sounds..very peaceful. Close to Monterey Aquarium and 17 mile drive..both fun family activities. House fulfilled all our needs and hot tub was great after long hours sight seeing and walking.

Private oasis on the ocean
We spent a week enjoying the sound of waves crashing and beautiful views from our townhome. Quiet walks on the beach and family time were a highlight! Beach Haven was so beautiful! We absolutely loved everything about this property. We did day trips to Monterey, Carmel and Santa Cruz. We hiked, we loved point Lobos Nature Reserve. Gorgeous cliff walks on the ocean. We spent a couple days just relaxing at the property! Morning and evening walks on the beach, sleeping to the waves crashing, hot tubbing at night in our private hot tub, swimming in pool, pickleball, reading on the deck, and the list goes on! We loved the remote feel and the cool weather! It was so perfect! A week of true relaxation and fun! Thank you!

Wonderful beach getaway!
What a lovely decorated home right on the beach! Cooked lots of meals in the well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed fires in the fireplace with duraflame logs provided. Nearby we kayaked on Elkhorn Slough and ate lunch at Sea Harvest. We so thoroughly enjoyed how comfortable the home was even to just hangout on the back deck enjoying the sound of the waves hitting the shore.

Great and relaxing condo
This is our second stay this year. We love the location and this unit has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The decor is great for a beach house and super comfortable. Our only suggestion is to maybe add some brighter lighting inside as it felt a bit too dark during the day. Our stay happened to overlap with foggy weather which was a factor.

Fantastic Family Vacation
The property was just what we were looking for to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. It was clean, updated, comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Close enough to Monterey and Carmel for a day trip but our favorite day was spent at the house and the beach out the back door. The property manager was fantastic and super responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Our little group of friends enjoyed our time immensely! Location is great! Views for miles! All around good time. Some observations to get to a 5 star rating: 2/3 showers ran slow, door look was a challenge to use at times, couches could be more comfortable for older people, and primary suit bed was a bit lumpy. Again, we really enjoyed our stay! Will be back again!

It had been years since we had been to Monterey Dunes. It is such a wonderful place. This unit is beautifully decorated and updated with great views and easy access to the beach. Beach Haven Drama
Well the house is nice but had a mild smell when we got there. The view is great and they made a bottle of wine which was nice. The only issues we had was no TV in any rooms except the family room. And we tried to get a late check out when we booked the place because it was my daughter 13th birthday and 10am is ann early check out as it is. But we never heard back so I thought no big deal. Then we asked the day before and we’re told just get out as close to10 as you can. Well at 10:15 the cleaners showed up and instead of saying we will come back in 30 mins they just pushed their way in and started cleaning . So we got our stuff and got out as fast as you can with 4 teenagers. Then the owner showed up and was not a nice woman. She asked us to move out of the parking spot so the house keeper could park there . There were plenty of other spots. We were on our way out just putting in the address in my wife’s navigation in her car. She kept asking us questions . And I told her that usually you get an hour past before house keepers show up especially since we asked twice . She told us she had quartz’s come b at 3 pm. That was 5 hours from then. Plenty of time to clean that little house three times . We had a nice trip that ended badly because of poor people skills. Won’t rent there again !!

Marco was very helpful in communicating details in advance of our arrival. Home is very clean and well stocked. We cooked dinner and BBQ'd during our stay and the kitchen had everything we could need which I feel like is very rare in vacation rentals. Fabulous spot to rest and relax on the beach and only 25-30 minutes away from Santa Cruz/Monterey/Carmel if you want to do excursions from the house. We would definitely book again!

This was an unbeatable beachfront location with great upgrades and cleaned spotlessly. The property came with everything you'd need to enjoy your stay. The private hot tub was also perfect.
