Steps away from the beach

This was our second visit to Sea La Vie and once again did not disappoint! The attention to detail provided by the host is amazing. Perfect for families like ours with small children. The weather was gorgeous, the beach, the aquarium, the memories made exceptional. Already planning our return trip.

Dunes Gathering

Our stay was perfect for all four families. We had a perfect time together in Gina's home: the beach was clean and private; the pool and hot tub was in good condition; she has beach chairs, towels, toys, games, and even a welcoming bottle of wine and sparkling apple juice. We will come again!

Wonderful beachfront property

Comfortable and clean beachfront home with great view and sounds of the surf. Communication with the property owner was fantastic from point of check-in to departure. Relatively short drive to Pebble Beach and Carmel-by-the-sea. A relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Relaxing Beach Retreat

First of all, Gina is such a thoughtful and accommodating hostess. Great communication, which made the trip extra easy. This is a lovely beachfront property, very quiet and very relaxing. It was perfect for our family.

Summer 24

Our multigenerational family from 2 to 87 enjoyed 3 birthdays, days sitting looking at pelicans, dolphins and cotton tail bunnies! The house was perfect for afternoon naps and evenings playing games and puzzles. We went to Monterey several days and a quick 10 minute drive to Castroville to lovely dinnerAnother lll

Blissful Beach

We traveled with a group of ladies and 1 infant for a wonderful long weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach with almost no one else around. The home was beautifully decorated with ample supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms, laundry room, beach chairs/towels/toys/blankets along with the extra touches of a welcome bag/card/gift which we all enjoyed! The beds were very comfortable with options for type of pillow (feather/foam), bathroom toiletries and both room fans and space heaters (we didn't need the heat). The 'kids' room had books and toys as well. The view from the upper main suite was to die for. Loved watching the wild life. Very safe gated community. Places to see and do things were just a short drive away. Gina was the best host. Loved it all, thank you Gina!

A perfect place to stay!

This is an exceptional property that met all our needs for the week. The ocean view was amazing and walking along the beach was special. Gina was a wonderful host and worked to ensure that we had everything we needed. We plan to return some day!

Family reunion

House met our expectations, was as advertised, and provided an excellent home for getting together with our far-flung family. The younger ones enjoyed surfing in nearby Capitola, hiking, running and time on the beach. Home was clean and well furnished, especially the kitchen, which had all the utensils we needed. The host was easy to communicate with, and went all out to return an item we accidentally left.

Steps Away from the Beach

This beach house is wonderful. It is literally steps away from the beach and the house itself was beautiful and so clean. You can’t beat the ocean views and the host Gina was amazing. Great communication. The kids absolutely loved it.
