Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayNous étions en famille et avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement de Claire qui correspond aux photos et à la description et avec vue sur la mer. La résidence est superbe, ainsi que la piscine.
Nous avons pris le train depuis Villanova pour nous rendre à Barcelone et c'était parfait. Visite de Sitges qui est un village adorable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Schön und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung
Publié le 15 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayEs war alles vorhanden. Schöne Terasse mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Konnte aber leider auf Grund des Wetters und der Jahreszeit genauso wie der große Pool nicht genutzt werden. Der Sicherheitsdienst gibt ein beruhigendes Gefühl. Am Anfang hatten wir ein paar Ameisen zu Besuch, konnten aber erfolgreich bekämpft werden. Beim Duschen muss man aufpassen, sonst läuft das Wasser auf den Boden. In den oberen Zimmer war WLAN etwas schwach (sagte mein Sohn). Leider konnten wir kein deutsches Fernsehen schauen. Sonst alles sehr gut.

Wonderful time at a beautiful place
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had two wonderful weeks at Clare‘s place. The apartment is charming and has beautiful views of the ocean. It is equipped with everything one needs. We were warmly welcomed and felt well taken care of. The house is situated very conveniently close to Sitges and Barcelona. We also went on a nice trip to Montserrat in the nearby mountains. The beach is in walking distance, there are plenty of nice restaurants and shopping centers easy to find. The pool is splendid. We are definitely considering coming back. Thank you!

Great place outside of Barcelona
Publié le 4 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is absolutely gorgeous ! Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and very clean !
The bathrooms are a good size and the shower pressure is great ! The only inconvenience was that the dogs next door would bark a lot when we wanted to go on the terrace.
Otherwise - 10/10

"Magnificent"
Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayIf you don't mind renting a car, driving 45 min south & paying a $9 toll, you will cherish the serenity of this location. Nestled away in a quiet beach community, you will find serenity. We opened the front door to a beautiful balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea that hides a secluded beach area within a 30 minute walk. It was the perfect place to unwind after our daily excursions.
An added bonus is the 20 minute drive port area boardwalk that is loaded with food options.
Our family loved this home and the surrounding area...

Wunderschön!

Die Lage ist toll - einfach zu erreichen von Barcelona/Sitges und nah an schönen Stränden, Supermärkten und der Autobahn. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Unsere Tochter war sogar begeistert von der schönen Bettwäsche! Der Blick von den Balkonen ist unbezahlbar. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber, die Wasserqualität prima und die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer spektakulär. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war von Anfang an freundlich und unkompliziert, ihre Empfehlungen hervorragend!
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - ganz herzlichen Dank!

Great holiday home, breathtaking views

Modernly furnished, spacious rooms, not to mention air conditioning for a comfortable stay. Nice to alternate beach (with excellent beach bar Nativa) with swimming pool with panoramic view. Ideally located for both tranquility and proximity to local amenities. Tip: a day in Barcelona is a nice change.

Lovely property with a view to die for
Publié le 8 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOverall this is one of the best proprties we have stayed in and we had a great relaxing time here. Clare was a brilliant host and easy to get hold of when needed. Definitely worth the 5 stars.
Location
The property is in a development close to Las Roquetas with its own security and amazing communal pool. You can walk to small cove beaches but its handy to have a car to get to Sitges, Vilanova and elsewhere. Within 5 minutes drive are choices of supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, and restaurants.
Accomodation:
The property is modern, clean and spacious. The air con works really well and has seperate system for each floor. The master bedroom on ground floor has an en-suite and there is another bathroom upstairs. The beds are comfortable and there is loads of storage space. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and nespresso style coffee machine.
Balconies and THE VIEW!:
There is a large L-shape decked balcony with a dining table and L-shape garden sofa. The view across the wooded parkland to the sea is simply stunning and worth the money in itself! The 2 upstiars bedrooma lso have their own balcony areas.
The Pool:
The communcal pool is incredible with loads of space to sunbathe on loungers or ona grassed area. Access is for those staying on the development only which means it doesnt get too busy. The pool is big enough to properly exercise if you want. And it has an infinity pool on one side looking out towards the sea.

Beautiful Apartment in Peaceful Nature Reserve
Publié le 12 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayHad the most fantastic time at this apartment, located in a nature reserve between Villanova and Sitges. We were a group of six and the apartment served our needs in every way. It is beautifully decorated and the outside space is amazing, with fantastic views over the nature reserve, down to the coast. The apartment is within a secure community and is maintained to a very high standard. The pool is located about a 5 - 10min walk away and is such a relaxing and beautiful space. There is a small beach within walking distance, which we had to ourselves the couple of times we visited. The town of Sitges, is beautiful, with amazing beaches, historical buildings and fantastic restaurants. I would recommend hiring a car, if stopping at this apartment, as it is quite a walk to either Villanova and Sitges. From these two towns you can get the train into Barcelona, which takes approximately 45mins. With us having transport we visited many places including Salou (Portaventura water park and Theme park), Tarragona, Villanova, Sitges and Barcelona. We loved every minute of our holiday and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this amazing apartment.
