Not suitable for family with young children, very tight breakfast timing 7.30-9.00am, which is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation which is a coffee with a sweet pastry (no other options available), refused service even if 5 minutes late. No food can be eaten or stored in the room, no fridge or kettle in the room. Also check in was 12.30pm, but had to wait until 1.30pm as the rooms were still being cleaned. Felt the owner was not very understanding with young children who explicitly stated this is not a hotel. Terrace is also very high on the 6th floor, with a short landing, which is very dizzying, with grills not safe for young children. Accommodation was clean, however note rooms are not cleaned over weekends. This accommodation is best suited to single or couple for a short stay. This is first negative review of any hotel I have visited, very disappointed and stressful experience.

Maybe you wanted to write not suitable for dirty and rude guests like you!? that you have done nothing but create inconvenience to us (owners) to the bar staff and to the other guests in the house who every day heard your screams as soon as you returned home. The end of breakfast time has always existed, in any type of hotel structure, in hotels not even 5 minutes wait, after the established time you directly find the door of the dining room closed, so what would you like to contest!? Typical vindictive attitude with this negative review after the inconvenience and damage caused to the structure (broken curtain on the 1st day, blocked tap on the 4th day, walls of the room always stained by the hands of children, sheet and bedspread stained with oil and broth because you used them as a tablecloth to eat). You managed to get yourself called out daily on civic sense and respect for the rules of my house. You transformed the bedroom into a kitchen, instead of using the wardrobes for clothes you transformed them into kitchen pantries even though it says "it is not allowed to eat inside the bedrooms" because you should know that bedrooms are made for sleeping and resting and not for eating!!! Every day that room was a pigsty, there was food on the floor everywhere. You even had the courage to ask for who knows what compensation and as soon as it was denied, you claimed it with the negative review, but the readers will understand that cleanliness and civic sense are not part of your person. You were certainly the dirtiest and rudest family that we have ever hosted in 8 years of hotel business. Hold on to this beautiful record.
