Fantastic Getaway!
Publié le 15 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayKirk's condo was exactly as advertised and more. The unit is very well appointed, roomy and has everything you need. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the chaise lounges, watching the golfers and in the evening, the sunset over the mountains. We are already planning to book for next year.

Mountain View’s are stunning!
Will revisit and recommend to friends visiting the desert.

Such a Great Stay!!!
Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayI had an amazing stay at this property, it was perfect. The check in was seamless and Kirk let me in ahead of schedule as my flight arrived at noon but no one had been there the night before so I went in earlier than the check in time.
The unit was a perfect size and two bathrooms were a bonus. The ensuite had a shower and I am a bath person so I was very happy that the main bath had a tub
.
The kitchen had every small appliance, pots pans etc that a person could possibly need.
The outdoor area out front overlooked the golf course and a water hole. I could sit on the patio and have my morning coffee and watch the golfers go by, In the evening I got to enjoy many beautiful sunsets as the sun went behind the mountain and with all the palm trees I got some amazing pictures.
I had a couple small issues while I was there, nothing to complain about just two minor things that were looked after immediately by Kirk the host.
The bed was beyond comfortable, it was amazing, I slept so good every night.and the rest of the place was nicely furnished just like in the pictures.
I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that is looking for a good location, close to amenities, on a golf course, gated and safe.
Thank you Kirk for the use of your property for two weeks and I hope I can make it back again in the not too distant future and if this is available I would gladly book it again.

Nice stay

Side note for those who like to sleep in, they start doing landscaping outside almost every morning before 7am so you will not be able to sleep past that time unless you are a very deep sleeper and can ignore the lawnmowers and weed wackers as it is super loud.

Sorry about the early start for the landscapers but with the extreme heat of 120+ degrees that week they needed to start early to finish the day.

Awesome stay

Very nice property
Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the view of the golf course, mountains and watching the planes take off.
Condo was extremely quiet. Pool was just steps away. The property is very large and has some really nice pathways.
There is a grocery store a few blocks away that was excellent. Restaurants are within driving distance although we mostly ate at the condo so we could enjoy the views. Kitchen was well stocked and it was really nice they had things like Saran and tin foil as well as some spices. Lots of towels and pool towels as well. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Exceptional Cathedral City Resort Condo

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and all have been wonderful but Kirk's place is simply the BEST for a couple visiting the Palm Springs area. We really appreciated that the condo is spotless, wonderfully furnished and is fully stocked: all we needed to bring was our clothes and our food. The pictures do not do it justice. The description does not do it justice. We would definitely book again when in the area. Kirk is a gracious and accommodating host. Thank you for having us Kirk!
