Being inside the resort but still feel like being home. The resort itself is nicely lanscaped with 30+ heated pools during the season. The unit is ultra modern minimalistic but the comfort is all there with high ceiling, king bed, washer, dryer in unit and living room looking out to the fairway of the golf course.
The Space
Almost everything inside the house is upgraded with modern look. Living room is facing east with the beautiful views of the golf course. Master bedroom is designed minimalistic and has very comfortable king bed, upgraded double sinks, modern bathtub, separate shower, and extra large walk-in closet. Even bedside lamps have wireless chargers for your phone. Along the hallway is a second badroom that is set up midcentury design with comfortable queen bed and a desk. Along the hallway is another bathroom and towards the end of the hallway is washer and dryer.
Modern looking kitchen has gas stove and comes with all the basic cooking supplies to make you feel at home.
The villa is only 10-15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs, Airport, convention center, etc, Desert Princess Country Club offers all the fun amenities.

Transient Occupancy Tax of 12% is charged by City of Cathedral City and 1% is charged by Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID).
Guest will have access to entire house, front and back patio. It is in the gated community and guest pass (QR Code) will be issued a day or two prior to arrival.
Guest also have access to many amenities without an additional cost. Pools, pickleball, bocce ball, are self service basis.
Fitness center is $10 per visit or $100 for 20 visits if pre-paid.
Tennis court can be rented at $15/court/hour.
Golf and Spa packages can be inquired at the Spa or Golf Pro shop.

Desert Princess is a resort community that has many amenities within the community. It is 10-15 minutes to Palm Springs Airport or downtown Palm Springs. Only 2 hours drive to Los Angeles, and less than an hour drive to Josua Tree National Park.
No public transportation is available. It is inside a country club/resort and car dependent.
I do have security cameras outside the house, by the front entry door and by the patio to prevent trespassing. The fireplace in the living room is just display only and non-functional. Actual heat is run through central heater.

- Guest will need to use Visto Chino Gate (Main Gate) to get in and out of the resort.
- Only 2 dog (less than 50lbs) is allowed with prior agreement. Pet must be on leash all time outside the unit. Guests can walk dogs along the road and take care of the waste.
- Pets are not allowed to go on the golf course.
- No more than 4 person may occupy at any one time.
- No walking, jogging on the golf course.
- Maximum 2 cars per booking is permitted.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside of the property.
- Please take the trash out to the bins by the garage.
- Guest may not assign or sublease the premises under any circumstances.
- No commercial photography, videography or events are allowed.
- Host shall have the right to enter the premises to make inspections or provide necessary services. However, host does not assume any liability for the care or supervision of the premises while under the possession and of guest. As provided by law, in the case of an emergency, host may enter the premises without guest's consent.
- Any noise violation fee (from the city), pet violation fee (from the resort), damages to the property, all the other fees incurred by the guest will be passing along to guests.
- All parties including the guest will be subject to immediate eviction from the property if the guest or parties of the guest violate any terms of this agreement, including but not limited to, violation of the occupancy limits, pet provision, smoking, noise ordinance or parking. In the event of eviction from the property, the guest shall forfeit all amounts paid and there will be no refund of money.
