Home in Mammoth Cave

Come stay 1 mile away from Mammoth Cave National Park entrance! The home sleeps 6 guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full size kitchen and living room. Sit around the firepit on our back porch and relax after a long day of hiking or after playing 18 holes at the new Park Mammoth Golf Club.

The home is handicap accessible. It offers central air, WiFi, electric appliances and full size washer and dryer. The home offers smart TVs is both bedrooms, the living room and the sun room.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with double sinks, a shower and a tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest bathroom has a bathtub shower combo and all the bathrooms are handicap accessible. The sun room has a full size pull-out couch.

A Review
As others have shared, this house is exceptionally clean, the neighborhood is safe, the beds are comfortable, and the house is lovely. The hosts reply to all questions nearly immediately. I also wanted to add a few minor things that were a blessing: there are 4 flat screen TV’s; one in each bedroom, 1 in the main living room, and 1 in a living room “nook” - which would be a great place for the kids to watch their own movie or play video games. The hosts provide ample hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, body wash in the showers, and dishwasher pods. (Don’t forget to bring laundry soap if you want to wash your clothes.) The soap is high quality, as is the toilet paper. (Those little details are such a perk!) They also provide a Keurig coffee maker with a few coffee and hot chocolate pods and a basket of snacks. This is such a lovely place to stay! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. It’s so close to Mammoth Cave activities.

The house was full of sunlight due to many windows. We enjoyed the fire pit while we gazed at the numerous stars. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked.

Clean and Convenient
Everything was above expectations for our stay near Cave City and Mammoth Cave. The house is literally one turn away from the entrance to the park, and you are at the visitor center in 10 minutes through beautiful winding park roads. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. There are other homes nearby but the property is large enough that you hardly notice. The home has all the amenities for a nice stay. Would definitely recommend this home to another family. Thank you for the hospitality!

This house is so lovely! I stayed with my partner, and we both loved the layout and space it provided. It has plenty of seating options, a nice-sized kitchen, and is such a bright and beautiful place to stay. The house was clean and as described. The location to Mammoth Cave was perfect. The bedrooms could use ceiling fans to help them stay cool at night with a little airflow. A very nice place to stay overall.

3 Day Vacation with Daughter
Overall, we enjoyed our time and felt very comfortable in the house. It was a good size and gave everyone their own space. The only thing we would recommend is to bring slippers or indoor flip flops as the floors were a little dirty. Other than that, loved the fire pit, ROKU on tv, living area, and garage to park our car.

Beautiful, clean property
This house is just as described and so clean! This was probably the cleanest VRBO we've stayed in. There was a little basket of snacks upon arrival which was such a nice touch. We did have some bad storms during our stay, but communication with the owners was so quick and they were so kind! It's also in such a good location-close to Mammoth Caves National Park, as well as other area attractions. I would recommend this house in a heartbeat!

Peaceful & Relaxing
Beautiful home with spacious lawn for pup play (or kids). Outside of Cave City by a few minutes but gorgeous scenery and close to all the local caves and attractions . Sat back and relaxed on the porch in the evenings and took several walks around the area and met a couple of the very friendly neighbors.

Fun at the caves
We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of this property. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed for cooking meals, and the neighborhood is quiet. Hiking and touring Mammoth Caves was only a few minutes drive.
