The management did not want to take accountability for poor water pressure levels...i.e....SHOWER and SINK......

A good location. Unfortunately, no TV in the rooms. One coffee pot available in lobby each morning, but no coffee once this single pot was empty. Warm/hot water intermittent in shower, cold 9 times out of 10. A shame.

Great budget stay in Caye Caulker
Posted Jan. 5, 2024 on HotelsBooked the Plaza Hotel as a budget option for our family trip (2 adults, 1 child). The room & common areas were clean and welcoming. AC worked great. Loved having thr balcony! No TV in rooms, but WiFi was good! Staff were all so friendly & helpful. Also great having coffee available in the mornings! The location is away from the main strip so a bit quieter, but still walkable to lots of great restaurants, shops & the water!

The staff was great. The room was a bit noisy with the electrical plant right by the place.
