Publié le 21 févr. 2022 sur HotelsMerci Valentina pour ce beau séjour. Toujours là pour rendre service et rendre le séjour agréable. Chambre impeccable avec vue spectaculaire sur la mer. Je recommande la sunset suite. L’hôtel est récent est légèrement à l’écart de l’agitation du centre-ville.

Hotel’s staff communicated very politely and proactively. Our understanding (which is very subjective, of course 😊) of “private beach” was the access to beach where one can swim, enjoy the water , and do a little bit of very elementary snorkeling. What was offered to us is more of an access to water where none of the above listed activities can be done. To sum up, we realised that the term “private beach” was used very loosely in the description of this property.

Dear Klaudia,The term “Private Beach” does not really need a subjective interpretation. Private means Private and Beach means Beach. And this is the expression we use in the description of our property. We do not advertise anything but that: a private sandy beach, with chairs and sun beds, in front of our hotel, which our guests can use to relax in front of the famous Belize Barrier Reef. We did not mention about snorkeling or any other water related activity.This is the characteristic of Caye Caulker. The Barrier Reef lies just few hundred meters from our shores. Between the reef and Caye Caulker shores you will find “just” seagrass and sand. To visit the reef you have to take a snorkeling tour, because it is a national park and you need to be accompanied by Park Rangers or Guides. You can definitely go snorkeling around Caye Caulker shores including our PRIVATE BEACH, but you will only experience seagrass and sand. After explained the obvious, universal, meaning of Private Beach, let us convey to you one small regret we have in reading your review. We thought that main elements of the offer of our hotel were providing a comfortable, elegant, clean accommodation, adding some complimentary services (like free use of bicycles or free bottled drinking water) delivered by a warm, friendly, supportive management/staff. Characteristics always mentioned in all the enthusiastic reviews we receive every day from all our customers.It is a pity that you did not left us any comments on these elements.

Audre was a huge help, even arranged our taxi and water taxi for us from the airport. Nice, clean room, with plenty around to do. The swim up bar next door was one of the best parts- go see my buddy Brayan over there and get with Captain G with Nemo’s Adventures for a day of fun snorkeling, fishing, and checking out the other islands! Definitely will be back!

Upon arrival the host was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Caye Caulker was my choice to spend a relaxing birthday on barefoot island, with great people and a laid back vibe.
My room was decorated with a birthday touch, and love the decor. It was such experience and loved the location slightly away from the strip but near restaurants and the reggae bar. I will be returning for sure. Thank you TTH

I absolutely loved this property! It was clean, the staff was extremely helpful, and the details were amazing. I stayed in the sunset suite, which was a 3rd floor walk up. It was clean, spacious, modern and so beautiful. I will be back and I look forward to booking this space again. Thank you Treetops for making my 40th birthday so special!
