Pour : Le personnel, la localisation, le café du petit déjeuner, le calme
Contre : Wifi gratuit qui fonctionne "moyennement" mais on y arrive quand même, odeur de canalisation dans ma salle de bain, pas d'eau chaude (mais supportable
Emplacement : A Ti Mouillage, il n'y a rien à faire ou voir sauf se baigner, bronzer et discuter avec les haïtiens. Jacmel, à 20' en taptap est une belle ville.
Hôtel idéalement situé à 2 minutes à pied de la très belle plage Ti Mouillage.
6 grandes chambres donnant toute sur la mer. 3 au rdc avec climatisation et 3 au 1er étage sans clim mais avec 2 ventilateurs (la chaleur est vraiment supportable pour un européen, probablement pas pour un américain....). Il y a aussi une annexe avec 2 ou 3 chambres. Les salles de bains disposent de WC, lavabo et d'une grande douche à l'italienne.
Le personnel haïtien et le patron sont très aimables, gentils et serviables.
Le petit déjeuner contentera un français (très bon café à volonté, jus de fruit frais, beurre, confiture, beurre de cacahuète, pain de mie, œufs et fruits exotiques)
Beau jardin, bien entretenu. L’hôtel est gardé et fermé la nuit. Les 2 piscines qu'il faut vider de temps en temps pour changer l'eau (sans chlore ou autre produit) sont à température idéale.
Les prix chambres et restaurant, sont très chers (très bonne cuisine locale et internationale). C'est comme ça à Haïti si vous voulez le confort au "standard européen" et manger sans crainte de problèmes gastriques il faut payer.... Si vous êtes aventureux vous pourrez manger et vous loger à la mode haïtienne pour qq dizaines d'euro/jour.
Il y a un groupe électrogène donc pas de coupure de courant. Pas de coupure d'eau durant les 7 jours de mon séjour et l'eau de source est à disposition/volonté gratuitement.
Il y a 2 gros chiens dans le jardin mais sauf si vous les détestez, c'est sans problèmes.

Hell vacation

The first night I found myself in the dark in the middle of the night.. with daylight I asked about it they said they had to go get gas ⛽️.. the gave me a dirty room the toilet doesn’t flush the sink doesn’t drain and the water stinks I ended up with bumps and pimples all over my body.. I booked the room for 2 people and the website said so cause I had a friend that’ was coming to visit when I checked in I told the person that.. and said ok.. when my friend came he had me pay $35 out of pocket because the room is for only one person I said website said it’s for 2 people that I made the reservation over the phone that the person might make a mistake.. he still get money he call a woman I heard that is his sister and the owner s wife .. that lady cursed me because I said the room is dirty and there was no electric.. they were very unprofessional.. the pools were dry.. I only got breakfast for only two days then I had to get myself out looking for food.. I couldn’t contact you guys cause there was no WiFi he told me their WiFi got cut.. I spent 4 days in the dark I was the only guest in the hotel.. I slept on the same sheet for 6 nights and the day before I leave someone (a guy) came and asked if I needed to change my sheets.. and I said it doesn’t matter that I’m leaving the next day.. you guys can’t have a hotel like that on your page.. I need my full refund cause I didn’t get anything from what your website said.. this hotel is closed.

Beautiful location directly in front of the ocean. The grounds have been lovingly landscaped with beautiful palm trees and many tropical flours. The rooms are nicely furnished with local touches and are very well maintained. The two swimming pools and beautiful garden give guests many places to hang out, including tables and chairs outside of the rooms that provide a fabulous view of the garden and the ocean. The staff and owner are always present, providing great service and friendly conversation. Kabic Beach is just in front of you and includes great surfing opportunities as well as beach and swimming, The hotel has a full kitchen and makes a great rum sour. This was my first time back to Kabic after several years and I loved it. Couldn't believe how much the property had changed, trees had grown, pools had appeared, etc. I loved it when it first opened and I love it now!.

Pour : Customer service, food quality, very clean.
Contre : Just the WiFi at times it’s slow but wonderful when it’s working.
Emplacement : Blue mountain. Sight seeing the beach is wondering.
All the staff were amazing great customer service. They are so gentle and genuine Always there to ask you if everything is okay. Food is amazing so tasty I could eat all day. Healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was so perfect I fell in love with the staff. Amazing place to stay while vacation.

Publié le 29 mars 2018 sur ExpediaCompliment to the chef and the ambiance of the place was great, unfortunately the water, cold nor hot wasn't on for the day we arrived, air conditioning did not work, WiFi didnt work, ceiling leaked, toilet did not flush. To top it all the owner was very unprofessional and food was over priced, nothing what the add advertised. I ask for for a comp. owner threatened to call the cop and said that we didn't pay which we over paid and the restaurant did not have change. Our change was kept without authorization. Disappointed. Ps the pool was empty the whole time.

Sorry that the large pool was not full and the condenser in the A.C burned the first night, however it was repaired in the morning the next day. I did apologize!
Our disagreement was over you bringing 3 young ladies at 1:30 AM to your room to stay the night without check in, or at least informing us.
Such behaver is not tolerated in most Hotels.

A great hotel with no internet

Pour : Location, great facilities, cleanliness and Staff friendliness.
Contre : Internet service.
In general I can say this is a great hotel and I had a great experience. Unfortunately there was not internet while I was there. I have to admit they were very nice letting me use a USB internet so I could check my emails.
