The unit had ants and I was itching for a day we I checked out a day earlier because it was uncomfortable, I requested a refund of the last day but the Expedia agent couldn’t get a hold of the hotel because the customer service was bad..

First of all, we are very sorry for the problem you are experiencing.
However, if you had informed us about this situation during your stay, we could have changed your room.
Our hotel is located on a plateau.
We are taking the necessary pesticides and precautions.
I wish you had let us know about this situation.
When you check out early, it would be nice to get help from us instead of Expedia to request payment.
Your satisfaction is more and more important than the payment to be received.

Publié le 26 janv. 2022 sur HotelsExcellent balcony and view of the stunning mountain! A hidden gem location.The manager and owner was really nice and hospitable. They tool care of us. Laundry services available also. Neighborhood mosque only 2 min away. Lake and main mosque farther away but everything is walkable.
