Great accomodation. Free breakfast has lots of great options, too bad only was able to enjoy it once since we were leaving early before breakfast for trip

Bayfront Hotel Capitol is a great hotel. The staff are kind, hospitable and are very guest centric. The rooms have ample space, the pool deck, gym, restaurant and the location of the hotel provide convenience for all travelers. I stayed here for 10 nights.
Items I would suggest management to take into consideration are the linens, towels and rugs. They are old, discolored and have a feel of being dirty due to the discoloration and a lack of thread count.
The morning and evening shift security guards are very kind and helpful so are the front desk agents, pool and restaurant staff.
I especially want to call out Renalyn, the housekeeper on the 17th floor and the pool deck server on Sunday 7/4 PM are so great.
I will stay here again however I might bring my own sheets and towels.

Showers do not have doors to keep the water from flooding tonthe rest of the toilet. You have to put a towel on the floor to prevent the water from going out of the shower area.
There is no sitting area in the hotel lobby.
The buffet is toonexpensicve qith too limited food and totally bad food.
The staff
are not properly trained. One staff stopped my daughter from meeting my visitor from going inside amd.telling her that he was afraid that she.mighr eat.
The frontdesk won't give a bag left at the front desk from my errand boy becasue there was no stub. How could she get the stub when the staff who receive the bag did not give any.
Restaurant is too mpisy during dinner becausenthey have a loud entertainer and the plaxe is too small.
Villing system is obsolete. They will ask you to fill up and sign 3 copies of receipt ecerytime there is a bill
