Great value for the price we paid and the amenities and well maintained property. Great hotel for those travelling with kids and ir pets, great location, minutes from the freeway. The only thing I could say is that the ceilings are not sound bearing enough so one could hear the other people upstairs, tgis needs to be addressed as we had a hard time sleeping for part of the night, intil they calmed down.

Shower mixer shifted to too hot without moving handle. There was no breakfast becks it was new years day. No hot water or coffee available in lobby either. Kureg in room does not make hot water without K cup in it. So no tea for me...

Stayed for three nights in December 2024. Saw two strands of hair upon check in. Didn’t make a big deal of it. Asked the front desk to clean our room on the 2nd night. It wasn’t clean after we got back around 7:30 pm.

Jane at the front desk has been really nice and kind. I thought I lost my wallet at the hotel room. She asked the housekeepers and manager to look through the room. Though I found the wallet in my car, Jane and her colleagues have been really nice and helpful. A big thank you to all of them.
