Smoke detector was laying behind the tv and of course not working. No 'do not disturb' door hanger. No tv guire which made it hard for an out of towner to find anything to watch. Top of toilet did not fit right. No Bible, pen or paper.

I wrote a pretty honest review of this place on Google. Unless this place is the only stay available, or what fits your budget, I'd suggest finding a different place.

Staff so kind. Bed comfy. Breakfast good. Check in great. Needs a better up keep-a lot of small things unattended to that distracted. (Paint touch ups, worn/torn carpet, and a few corners could have been cleaner) Well stay again as we are only there to sleep and then have breakfast a couple nights.

Always feel safe in Cedar Falls. TV was very unreliable. Not staffs fault at all but perhaps Direct TV should not be their carrier.

Going into room had cigar smell. I was told that the A.C. would get smell out It didnt Move to other room much nicer. 2nd room A.C. didn't work well. Paint chips in bathroom and sink. Rust and what looked like mold in bathroom. Had to bring in fan to cool room.T.V. was about to fall off cabinet. Took pictures.

There’s no way a hotel like this should have a $100 deposit to stay there. I could see if it was the holiday inn or something but absolutely not this place and the lady at the front desk wasn’t very helpful

Dear Jamie, I apologize if you have felt so but 100 as a security deposit is always taken as an authorization. It gets back to your Bank Account as per your bank. That is the hotel policy and even if we want to we won't be able to. Sincerely, Days Inn

Horrible place to stay

The room was dirty. There was screws sticking out of the sheet rock. I am allergic to cockroaches. They have them there. I woke up could hardly breathe because I didn't know they had them. I got sick and had to cancel what I went there to do. They won't give me my money back so I could change motels. I am stuck with a second booking there which I won't be able to use because of the cockroach problem. I didn't dear eat the breakfast because of the bugs. I have photos but this app won't let me load them for some reason. Ugh

Contact Expedia and have them call us. We will cancel your future reservation.
