1st time in Cedar Falls and this property. Clean, quiet, easy to find and convenient for downtown shopping. All of the staff were friendly, helpful with suggestions for coffee and food recommendations. The front desk staff took down a couple of items that needed attention.
Overall very happy and satisfied. Definitely worth the price. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Close to many restaurants and bars. Nice area. They did charge for parking but that may be only for those who book through a booking service, such as Expedia, not sure about that.

Very clean, easy to get to on motorcycles. All kinds of places to go to in a short distance.

The location is wonderful providing great access to downtown Cedar Falls. The staff was also exceptional. Very responsive and friendly.
