Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis was a complete fraud hotel. This hotel was not the one in the picture. It had mattresses debris, furniture tarps on the roof. It was dirty, and the vents in the room had so much dirt in them that it was blowing out through the vents. I need to be refunded for this terrible day.

Stayed for a week. Housekeeping removed our soap and cleaning supplies from the bathroom. Pillows are less and desirable and one on each bed was shredded foam in a pillowcase (too many washings?) Staff was not congenial. I always felt like we were a bother to them.

The room was a mess when we checked in and the cleaning staff left our room open for 12 hours while we were gone. Luckily our stuff was not stolen. Manager shrugged it off. Terrible place.

Overall ok. AC didnt work well. Breakfast was mediocre. Good sized pool. Quiet.

They were upgrading and remodeling the rooms. We got one of the rooms that hadn't been upgraded. It was definitely in need of it. The staff was nice, breakfast was ok (cooked items like eggs and sausage weren't great).
