Storage shed.
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayYou are renting out this guys storage room, truck farm equipment all in your rental, internet will connect but does not work. Was rushed out at 10:50, first time meeting host, just telling us to leave 10 minutes before departure, even though we had already loaded up and were leaving. NOT 2 Bedroom Not 1 BEDROOM, 1 ROOM is accurate for this listing, only thing with a door on it is the bathroom.
To sum up if you want to rent out a garage with stupid 80 year old rules, this is the place for you!!!

The guest was extremely rude, requested and received a refund because he was unhappy with the advertised open concept of a hunting fishing lodge. I tried to contact this individual both through text & phone after he departed & He cowardly refused answer to discuss the issue. He was not rushed off of this property & no communication to this fact ever occurred. After receiving a gracious full refund still slammed me on a review after he stated in writing he would not so. Do not rent a property to this individual. He is looking for a free vacation & has zero moral integrity.

Enjoyed the Boathouse
Publié le 6 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis place was a nice lay-over after beach camping and fishing. It fit these fishermen's needs as we had planned to travel to the next camping/fishing location; however, hurricane Ian cut things short.
A few things in the kitchen could improve the function of the kitchen.
More than 4 forks.
Need a cutting board.
Need some large mixing bowls.

Fisherman’s paradise
Publié le 5 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time. Great place for family or fishing crew. Our first time to Cedar Island and we loved it. House was well stocked and had all we needed. Only downfall to the house and area was we were definitely not prepared for the over abundance of mosquitos after dark!

Perfect for my family

My husband and I could play pool, listen to music, cook a snack and do laundry downstairs at night while the kids were comfortably and quietly sleeping upstairs. The host was super friendly, responsive, and offers add-on services such as sport fishing so it’s a one-stop vacation!

Perfect for Hunting or Fishing Trip
Publié le 14 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect for our recent stay for a duck hunting trip. The garage area downstairs was very clean and we enjoyed the large kitchen and pool table. The open concept upstairs with six beds worked great to where each hunter had their own bed. Highly recommend for a guys trip and looking forward to coming back!
