Welcome to Pink Pearl South, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath stilt house in the heart of Cedar Key! This beautiful vacation rental sleeps 4 guests, making it the perfect getaway for couples or small families.

As you step into the bedroom, you`ll find a comfortable king-sized bed with silky white bedding. The room is large with a full-sized closet, dresser, and a TV for your entertainment. The well-appointed bathroom features a shower/tub combo, a spacious vanity with a single sink, and plush towels.

For those who need a dedicated workspace, the office area with a door provides a quiet spot for work or study. A variety of books are available for your leisurely reading.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a sofa bed and comfortable seating for 5. Enjoy your favorite shows on the TV or simply gaze out at the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico – the true highlight of this property. The west-facing orientation ensures you`ll be treated to stunning sunsets every evening.

The kitchenette is well-equipped with a sink, plenty of counter space, a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and basic kitchenware. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining room table that seats 4 offers a cozy spot for meals.

Step outside to the covered deck, where a dining table and seating area invite you to soak in the mesmerizing views. The unobstructed panorama of the Gulf is unparalleled.

A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.

The location of Pink Pearl South is unbeatable – within walking distance to downtown, allowing you to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. If you`re a fishing enthusiast, cast your line from the shore just 50 feet from the house for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Note that Pink Pearl South is the lower unit of a 2 level stilt house. Pink Pearl North is also available to rent as is the entire home as a single unit. Access to home requires guests to climb a flight of exterior stairs, but once inside the home is single level.

Cedar Key is a walkable community, and Pink Pearl South`s central location allows easy exploration of the island on foot. The property is conveniently close to downtown, making it simple to access local amenities. While the island doesn`t have public transit, the pedestrian-friendly environment encourages leisurely strolls to nearby attractions. If needed, golf cart or bike rentals are available for a fun and efficient way to get around the island.

This is a pet friendly property that invites up to 2 well behaved dogs to stay. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and should not be left to bark.

The views are spectacular. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, not in a commercial area, so walks with your dog are pleasant. People are friendly and you can watch them come and go from the privacy of your balcony. With the best view. Will definitely be back. Great if you want to write or watercolor or finish a project you've been postponing.

The communication with the property manager was top-notch. The property was extremely clean and the views were just beyond incredible! Even made friends with my upstairs neighbors! Cedar Key is such a friendly place. Glad I came back.

Pink Pearl Stilt house

It was very clean and just as advertised! A bigger under-counter fridge would have been nice, but the view was spectacular, the bed was very comfy, and all the furnishings were very comfortable. The upstairs neighbors, during our stay, were pretty rude. But finding a vacation rental that was this nice, AND allowed pets, was a super find! The low key and very friendly vibe in Cedar Key was just what we needed after visiting St. Augustine.

Anniversary weekend

We have a great couple of days of relaxation, eating, sightseeing, and learning about Cedar Key. This was a great place to stay. It was quiet and it was enjoyable to wake up in the morning and see the view of the water. We would definitely return.

Cedar Key Sunset Central

Excellent place. Easy to be carefree. I love the Cedar Key vibe, and I'm happy they still have it after the hurricane eye last year. This place and the floor above it are exceptional for viewing sunsets. Awesome balcony on each floor. You rule the town with a golf cart or e-bike or something. We had onewheels which worked great for exploring. Host was very accommodating, messaging with tips on where to eat and find things in the small town. No problems at all. Loved it, will be back.

Just a quick getaway w spouse, peaceful and wonderful! Nice people, cute coastal town, and good food. Accommodations were perfect for us, only inconvenience was lack of USB outlets, and towels were a little worn. Would stay again!

The view

We enjoyed the Pink Pearl South. The view was amazing with the beautiful sunset. We were able to take our kayaks right across the street to launch. We do like to cook so we are booking the Pink Pearl North next time since it has a full kitchen.

Does not have a kitchen only a very small microwave, toaster oven and very very small sink and a small under counter refrigerator. Owners don't allow use of elevator so A LOT of stair. Not a quiet place on main road that it seems evertyone drives their very noisy gas powered golf carts. Did have a nice water veiw. Did enjoy our bike riding around Cedar Key. MUST eat at the 2nd street cafe GREAT food with big portion and amazing prices. Overall we had a great time just a bit noisy will return again.

The condo was very clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Location and views from balcony were wonderful. The only negative was the kitchen - it only has a dorm size frig, a toaster oven and microwave.

Good but not great experience. Comfortable and clean and wonderful location. The "two bedroom" declaration in the description is deceiving. The living area television would not work even after a service person came to remedy. Enjoyed our time there regardless.

Beautiful Sunsets

Bed was comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Might be a little small for two couples, but ok for 3 adults, or kids. Kitchenette was fine for us since we ate our meals out. The location is fantastic and I would stay here again.
