Great fishing trip destination
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at this property for our annual kayak fishing trip in Swansboro and the place out great for us. The large living room separated from the kitchen by a bar was a great place to gather while some of us were cooking up the day's catch. The location was perfect for our needs and offered plenty of parking for our group. Jonathan was very responsive and even checked in with us mid-trip to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely consider renting this property again next year.

Jonathan communicated with me multiple times leading up to our stay to let us know about flooding issues at the property and was able to arrange an alternate place for us to stay, and stayed in communication with us throughout the weekend to make sure everything went smoothly. I appreciated him going above and beyond and making sure we had everything that we needed. The space was clean, there was ample parking, and we were close to everything that we needed for the weekend.

Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWording and photos misleading. This house has three bedrooms with beds. One club house with cheap bunk. We fixed a shower head that fell down on us. Two mattresses deflated on us first night. We bought our own at walmart.Mold in washer that we wouldnt throw rags in. No swing or hammock like in photos. Hot tub backwords so no steps to get in. Dislocated knee entering hot tub. Had to call for support. This house opened our eyes to shaddy houses.Felt foolish making this mistake praying no one else falls for it. Invistigate before you book!! Photos and wording misleading!

So sorry for the confusion. The listing clearly states 4 bedrooms/ 3 baths, and the listing shows that the 4th bedroom and 3rd bath are in a bunk house next to the main house. Noone else has ever complained about our listing being misleading with over 120 reviews now. Mildew on rubber ring around the washer opening, NOT MOLD! Again, sorry for your confusion on our listing, but i must again say that over 120 reviews and you are the only one that has ever said anything was misleading.

It checked all of our boxes!

The club house was a great place for the kids to unwind and stay-up watching movies and playing games, while the adults conversed in peace inside the house. The dock was great for fishing and swimming and we enjoyed kayaking out about. It is located on a busy street and can be a little loud during the day, but it was quiet at night. The house had many amenities such as games, cooking appliances, utensils, spices, pot and pans, etc. Thanks for a great vacation!

Graduation Staycation

We enjoyed fellowship, food, and fun inside the house! In the evenings after the sunset, the weather was perfect to sit in the hot tub! Bring your family too, you won’t regret a stay in this home!

Good Overnight Location
Publié le 23 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed for one night for a short business trip. Hot tub was much needed for relaxing after our day and the living area was very inviting to sit and talk and play games. Great little spot for what we needed!
