Very confusing when talking with owner lot of confusion asked to cancel never happened wound up getting hotel instead. Once I did get an email from them it was the access code for the door and that was 9pm when I had a 4pm check in overall terrible service

Not what I had hoped for!

Hey Michael, I'm sorry you were disappointed, but what you have said here is simply not true. You were promptly responded to miltiple times and there was no power for an evening due to a storm. You were also refunded $50 due to the inconvenience which you agreed to.
