I only gave a good rating as the elevator was broken and the checkin clerk did not advise us of that and just pointed in the general direction to get to the 3rd floor

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices were more than adequate. Stay would have improved if elevator was working. It was out of order for our whole 4 night stay. The hotel could also use some new towels.

When we checked in lour reservations had been canceled and the hotel was sold out. I was on the phone for over 90 minutes trying to get the situation fixed. The hotel said Expedia canceled it but you stated the hotel did. After much back and forth I got a room next door. I was promised a $100 dollar credit for my trouble, no charge for the room at the other hotel and. Credit of $86 dollars as the other hotel was cheaper
