Open drug use from employees and guests. Meth head front desk attendant that was always missing. Unhoused and indigent are living here.
My room was ground floor, and there was no screen and the window didn't lock. Do not walk. RUN.
I wish I could submit the photos I took. 😳

The bedding was not clean. Hairs, crumbs, dirty spots on pillow cases. Pulled out the sofa sleeper only to find yellow stains and other stains. Wanted to use the toaster to make toast for daughter and it didnt work. Wont be staying there again.

The room was clean, but didn’t have anything other than one cup and a spoon in the suite. The halls and elevator smelt terrible like smoke and marijuana.

Got checked in and went to our room. Our a/c didnt work and upon further inspection we found a cockroach in the kitchen cupboard, the sheets on the bed were covered in someone elses hair, the shower had a loogie stuck to the wall and the room smelt of old chinese food. When i spoke with the lady at the front desk she expressed her sincere apologies but used inappropriate language. After checking out we tried to get a refund for our room as we did not stay due to the conditions but the hotel has not responded to the traveling site leaving us out $200. Very disappointed in this hotel. Will not recommend to anyone. It made the beginning of our family vacation very stressful and rough especially having to move 2 kids around at 9:30 at night.

The staff was outstanding, very helpful! Parking is a little short But was always able to find a parking place. Will definitely stay there the next time I’m in town.

the toilet seat was almost off the toilet.. i was afraid of falling off when sitting down.
the fixture for the lights in the bathroom was full of nicotine
there was alot of dust on the walls..the dishwasher had a huge dent in it.. looked like it came out of the garbage.
the Regfrigerator was making a banging sound all night long which disrupted our sleep.. Didnt sleep all night. in the morning we were crabby and had a long day of travel ahead of us.. Made for a terrible day and I am still not rested up.
