We reserved this room through Travelocity and when we arrived we were told they had “oversold” the king bed rooms and all they had for us was a two double bed room. There were no concessions given. We were told we could cancel our reservation and try another hotel.
When we got to the room we find hair in the bathtub like it was cleaned poorly, or not at all. Also, no soap in the bathroom.

Everyone had to wait for their room. Are wait was 45 minutes past check in time.

This hotel has seen better days. They are working on renovations, but it's showing its age.
We were staying because a loved one was in hospital and wanted a reasonable price and close proximity to the hospital. Basically a place to sleep and shower.
They were able to let us extend our stay daily without a problem due to our extenuating circumstances. What was originally a 3 night stay became a week.

The woman who checked us in was rude. She wouldn’t even stand up to check us in. She acted like we were an annoyance. The room was very dated. There were plastic bags over the smoke detector. We didn’t get housekeeping so later that night we asked for more towels and they didn’t have any hand towels so they gave us one extra wash cloth to use for the hand towels. Never again!

Property was safe, clean and staff was helpful…
The breakfast was minimal , bacon eggs basically, no yogurt, fruit, not vegetarian friendly..
No transportation from or to the airport
