Lovely couple at the reception, rooms was very comfy and clean (++ for the warming bed).
Light breakfast in the morning was also good !

The cleaning should be better.
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe location is ok, and there were iron, microwave and a small fridge in the room. The bed was also good. However, the room's condition was very disappointing. My wife got very sick because of the dust in the carpet. Despite vaccuming the floor, she did not get better and we needed to leave Ceduna earlier. Our experience was a bit frustrating, we won't be there again.

We are very sorry your wife got sick and you had to leave earlier than planned. On the day of your arrival we had a massive storm with intense wind and torrential rain but we were not aware that any rooms were affected. When you told us the next morning about the dust, I organised for one of the housekeepers to attend to this immediately. I don't know if your wife has allergies but if this were the case, we would have moved you to a room at the back of the motel that were less affected by the wind. Even our pool was closed until Sunday morning as it took that long to get the bark, leaves & dust out of the pool.Again, sorry your wife was affected by the dust and we hope she is recovering now.

You can write whatever you like as the true fact is that the problem lies with Expedia who took your booking AND HAS YOUR MONEY. WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR MONEY or your booking. This is out of our control. Thanks for calling ME a thief.

Helpful staff arranged for my key to be left available for late arrival.
Very clean. Bed a little soft, but that’s subjective.
