Très bizarre !
Publié le 14 août 2021 sur HomeAwayLe propriétaire n’a pas du tout été arrangeant, il vit à côté son jardin donne sur la piscine. De plus ils nous surveiller avec une caméra de surveillance et nous a bien fait comprendre qu’il s’en servait car nous avons reçu un ami, nous étions 9 et il l’a su grâce à la caméra ! Honteux !
Je ne sais même pas ce qu’il va faire de nos données !

Une terrasse suspendue sur un panorama de toute beauté
Publié le 27 août 2017 sur HomeAwayNous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour à la villa Agape : la terrasse et ses différents spots de farniente, la piscine, la maison, la chambre principale et sa lucarne sur la piscine... sans oublier la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Francesco.

Un panorama exceptionnel
Publié le 28 août 2016 sur HomeAwayLa villa Agape est une villa très bien située, à proximité de la ville de Cefalu mais au calme dans la montagne. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très gentils. La terrasse où se trouve la piscine offre une vue époustouflante! Seul petit bémol: le parking n'est pas situé au même niveau que la villa. A conseiller vivement à d'autres postulants!

as we all said our host who has reviewed his vacation, Villa Agape is in the middle slope of the hill overlooking the fishing village and the waterfront of Cefalu. This geographical location is what will make your vacation exceptional and incomparable because it allows our guests to enjoy sunsets and vistas timeless that will accompany your memories. To reach the entrance of Villa Agape has to travel a road of 80 meters, it consists of two ramps that eliminates a slope of about 30 meters between Via Sant'Elia and the floor of the house. This road travels on foot or by car. In the latter case, of course, we serve the requirements justifying the possession of a driving license. Nell'autista to avoid apprehension, the property has always advised to park at the beginning of the ramp (less than 100 meters from Villa Agape front door) but obviously there is room 10 meters from the same port.
About ..... not to ruin a perfect judgment, we ask you to please let us know if you need our help showing how to deal with the approach the entrance of the house.

comme nous l'avons tous dit notre hôte qui a révisé ses vacances, Villa Agape est dans la pente moyenne de la colline surplombant le village de pêcheurs et le front de mer de Cefalù. Cette situation géographique est ce qui fera de vos vacances exceptionnelle et incomparable car elle permet à nos clients de profiter des couchers de soleil et des panoramas hors du temps qui accompagnera vos souvenirs. Pour accéder à l'entrée de la Villa Agape doit parcourir une route de 80 mètres, il se compose de deux rampes qui élimine une pente d'environ 30 mètres entre Via Sant'Elia et le plancher de la maison. Cette route se déplace à pied ou en voiture. Dans ce dernier cas, bien sûr, nous servons les besoins qui justifient la possession d'un permis de conduire. Nell'autista pour éviter l'appréhension, la propriété a toujours conseillé de se garer au début de la rampe (à moins de 100 mètres de la Villa Agape porte avant), mais de toute évidence il y a place à 10 mètres du même port.

Complete disappointment and falsely described
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is described as exclusive rated 9.4 exceptional with 26 reviews dating back to 2015 as a Villa with pool and panorama views. The view and rating compelled me to book the property. From the VRBO description “this Villa has an entrance that introduces you into an open space with large windows from which you could admire a splendid panorama of the coast, the town and the rock of Cefalu. On clear days the Aeolian islands are clearly visible.” This description is completely false. The Villa is NOT exceptional and there is no view. The view is view completely blocked by overgrown shrubs and trees. The house is advertised as having two bedrooms. In reality, it is only one bedroom with two open spaces, one in the living room and one in the bedroom that are allocated to a bunk bed and a very high bed. The high bed is described as a mezzanine. There is no privacy in this Villa for the bedrooms. Living room couches are very shabby and are covered with large throws. The driveway up to the villa is extremely steep. Our car had a very difficult time coming up the driveway to a very narrow turn for parking. The parking space was very small and hard to maneuver into. At one point due to the slope and curve one rear tire came off the ground. It was very dangerous. I don't know how we would have maneuvered parking in that spot in the dark without damaging the car. As soon as we entered the villa we were accosted and bitten by mosquitos. The property is uninhabitable.

Amazing view
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful 10 days at Villa Agape with my wife and two children (7 & 9yrs) and my the grandparents. The apartments have everything that you need and Christian and Francesco are very welcoming and helpful.
We took the larger apartment and one of the studios. We didn’t realise until we got there that the larger apartment is below the pool and terrace and also the bunk bed room is part of the main bedroom both of which were not a problem but just not clear from the description or photos.
The view and sunsets were simply amazing every evening and the local town and beaches beautiful.

Perfect Trapani stay!

Perfectly appointed for our family with many beds and stocked kitchen with beautiful gifts from this loving family. Nearby are amazing restaurants and car park and jumping off point to the Egadi islands. We were able to take our kids to the nearby playground and eat local foods all in walking distance. We definitely plan to return!

Recommend/Would Stay Again

The kitchen is nicely appointed, they had a cold liter of water in the fridge, coffee stocked, and morning snacks waiting for us. Walking in you may not think much but this place quickly became our vacation home! It’s small but efficient, we loved two bathrooms and to spread out sleeping in three areas. In unit laundry…important! Cristian was attentive, kind, and did a great job. He’s an excellent property manager! The language barrier was difficult however Translate was helpful when he remembered to use it but often he spoke Italian to us like we understood the language. Things to be aware of: 1) If you drive, the hill is not for the faint of heart. I made it up the first time and was happy I did because lugging our bags from the bottom wasn’t an option for us. Be brave and you’ll do fine. Also, reserve a manual car if possible. 2). There’s a construction site below the property. This is not a deal breaker but I would have liked to have known. It was noisy and a bit dusty at times so keep the windows closed during those hours. 3). There’s a musky odor in the house. It was stronger when we first walked in but we got used to it.
It’s obvious this property is cared for and it was truly a lovely stay. The pool is the bomb!!

Lovely home in the hills of Cefalu

This space was perfect for our family of 4 and is set away from the down with beautiful views of the coast. Once we got used to the parking (narrow cars recommended or park down the hill) all was good. The house was clean and lovely.
The pool was cool and refreshing and my 12 year old loved that you could see into the master bedroom from the pool. Very Cool.
I highly recoomend this location for exploring Cefalu, the surrounding towns and even day trips into the mountains and vineyards. Also the roof/pool area had perfect sunset views. We hope to be back one day soon!
