However at this price you would expect some level of service and hot water in the shower. Check in was ok - the person at the reception was obviously new so a little bit clunky check in process. However.. I had ordered a restaurant table in advance for dinner that night. When I showed up around 7, the restaurant was less than half full, and I asked the waitress if I could have a table outside and that I had a reservation. The waitress didn’t acknowledge me, just turned around and asked her colleague to talk to me (maybe she didn’t speak English). From here everything went down hill.. no I couldn’t get a table outside because everything was booked, but they didn’t have any details about times (I offered to finish in an hour). I was assigned a table in the back of the restaurant. Food was ok - nothing special but the service was atrocious. Wait staff was probably picked up from the local Czech bar down the street. No knowledge of the food, no smile, no attention (I had to get up and walk to the bar where the staff was chatting to each other). By the time I left, the restaurant was still half full and most tables outside were still unoccupied. On checkout, they would let me check out until they had both keycards (one was left on the hotel room table). So I had to run back and get it (I was in a rush to reach my golf tee time).

Nic moc
Publié le 22 janv. 2019 sur HotelsHotel pěkný, vybavení nic moc (deky a polštáře jako na ubytovně) a snídaně neměly s 5* nic společného. Byly dobré, ale zhruba takové, jaké si děláme každý den doma. Servis v restauraci děs a hrůza, jídlo průměr jako v každé obyč reštyce v Praze. Wellness paráda, jejich masér Libor nám zlepšil každý den.
