Respite in the Forest
Publié le 11 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was lovely to see so many stars and listen to the stream. We also enjoyed the fire in the wood stove (although we had to stoke it every couple hours). The bed was very comfortable.
The walk up in the snow was more strenuous than we expected. Next time we'll pack as if for a hiking trip. We'll also stay for more than one night so we can explore the hiking trails.

Dissapointed
Publié le 5 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe were so excited to stay in the wilderness and venture to the watering holes specified for this listing. We were utterly dissapointed when we arrived and could not find any water. We walked miles endlessly looking for signs and found none. Insteady of enjoying the property that we paid for we drove 1-1/2 hour away to find some watering holes along the river in Gorahm. Will not ever stay here again and would not recommend. :(

There is a map in the yurt with directions. Also there are three streams close by and usually water directly behind the yurt….
