Stayed for a softball tournament was a great stay. Could tell the prices got bumped up a little from normal pricing as I have stayed before at same hotel.

The one night last minute stay was great! Front desk was great. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely will be booking with Hampton Inn again in the future.

Got my room Bumped down without a call
Publié le 13 avr. 2024 sur HotelsI’m disappointed and sad. This has never happened to me before and I hope it doesn’t happen again. I booked the room a month in advance. However, instead of calling me first to get me in a different studio suite, They bumped my room down from a 2 Bed Studio Suite to a standard room with a King bed. They said it was because the person who stayed in the room decided to stay longer, so I got the boot, instead of telling them that it was already booked, I got bumped down. The room had disgusting marks all over the AC unit.
This has literally never happened to me before.

Breakfast Staff should not be playing loud Mexican music in breakfast area around guests who are trying to eat a quiet meal.
