The service is excellent.
I still have problem with my deposit after checker out on the 3rd of august,I am still awaiting for reimbursement after 18 days,no Word even the desk said not suppose to exced 3 days.
Now it's on manager hands after call.
No reason the customers has to find out but the responsability of the Hotel administration to handle that.
Await and See.

Publié le 10 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff at check in are zero friendly, they are actually miserable, we have been coming to this hotel for year now due to the proximity of our family in Smithtown not because we love it, they use to have a better breakfast, now its only until 9am during the week, no variety, it seems as the new management its tryin to cut corners, maybe its time we look for another alternative
