The service is excellent. I still have problem with my deposit after checker out on the 3rd of august,I am still awaiting for reimbursement after 18 days,no Word even the desk said not suppose to exced 3 days. Now it's on manager hands after call. No reason the customers has to find out but the responsability of the Hotel administration to handle that. Await and See.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay. The property is nice, staff was helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean and have all the amenities needed. The WiFi was tricky, they took away their cinnamon buns with the free breakfast but otherwise an overall great stay.

Despite Our many Cleaning request of room no one care. We stay till now 9 days. They did room cleaning only once .

This is the most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed at! Not one chair in the room, lobby or outdoors had a cushion on it! The comfortable easy chair that used to be in the rooms is now a cheap dining room chair. The lobby is also furnished with low end seating. Outdoor furniture is plastic or wood, and not at all made for comfort. After being in the car for hours this is not what I expected. It was so bad that I left. I called to ask how I check out, spoke to Zack who didn't offer a solution or help, and told me there was nothing to do since I was paid. The Hotel denies receiving this call even though I have a call log and Zack did look up my room. If you're looking for a comfortable stay, this is not it!

We booked this hotel for 4 days. I was not happy that every day there was a different price for the room. We were not happy about that. I will think twice about staying at a Holiday Inn.
