Comfy bed, very clean, private, and I liked having my coffee out on my patio in the mornings. Great communication from the owner as well. A+ all around!

We were very pleased with the accommodations and her attentiveness to our every need! It was an ideal location for all the visiting we did! The apartment was clean with new carpeting. The bed was comfortable! Everything we needed was provided! There was ample closet and drawer space! The washer and dryer within the unit was a huge plus! We were there for over three weeks, so they came in very handy!
We will certainly keep this unit in mind for any future stays in the area!! Thank you very much!

This VRBO is Just Right!

Right from my first question, Cynthia was quick to respond any time I reached out to her, even before I booked the VRBO. She was extremely accommodating and flexible with the check-in time and with other requests we made. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The VRBO was very clean, modern, and had many items that were pleasant surprises. My son-in-law especially appreciated the snack basket that was left for them. The space met their needs perfectly. My daughter had to work for a few hours each day and she was able to do that in peace and quiet, without any interruptions. This VRBO is attached to the main home, but my daughter and son-in-law only heard children once upon check-in, and there were no other disruptions. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to be able to easily access major roadways on Long Island yet be in a neighborhood where you feel like you're miles away from the "hustle and bustle". If you plan to bring your dog, it is also a perfect arrangement since there is a fenced-off area by the entrance of the VRBO. Thank you, Cynthia and family for a wonderful stay in your lovely VRBO. If we need a VRBO in the area again in the future, we will be sure to reach out! Thank you so much!

I'm saddened to see that your review doesn't reflect positively of your stay based on the fact that you did not communicate any of these issues to me. I'm actually quite puzzled to hear that you had any issues at all, as we weren't made aware of these throughout the duration of your lengthy stay.
I wish you would have communicated to me during your stay as it would have given me the opportunity to do my best to ameliorate any issues. I'm unsure as to your reasoning for the doorknob and carpet needing replacement. They were both installed recently and the carpet is professionally cleaned and sanitized frequently.
We thank you again for staying with us and if we have the opportunity to host you again in the future - please don't hesitate to reach out while here, the same way you did for assistance setting up the wi-fi, and accomodating your last minute, late check out request.
