Booked online and staff couldn’t find booking when checked in. Even checked in on line and still couldn’t find it at first. Tried to checkout early and was told I’d have to do it through who I booked with.

Average property for area; had a strong moldy bathroom smell; poor breakfast...two prrpakaged buns, creal & coffee only.

The redecorating is coming along. Heavier new comforters, bedspreads & pillows would be wonderful.
Property looks great, please plant more trees in the large open area.

When booking, I was given the choice of a smoking or non smoking room. I chose non smoking. When I checked in, I signed paperwork stating no pets, no smoking etc. upon opening my room (103), a very strong smokers room smell overwhelmed. Then walking to the restroom, multiple bugs crawling around in bathtub. No strainer or stopper was visible, just strait drain hole. Went back to office and they changed me out to room 220. Room was hot and I noticed AC was unplugged. I plugged it in, with evidently no way to control it. After cooling down, the stay was pleasant enough.
