Very nice place to stay
Publié le 13 nov. 2019 sur HotelsOverall stay was very good. Mr. Rob is very welcoming and nice host. Place was very clean and comfortable except some stains on the wash tub. I wil definitely recommend this place to stay if you visit PEI.

Cute place, unfortunately the frying pans were rusting and the bathroom sink leaked.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. Having check out both problems you bri=ought to our attention, the leak was not the sink. It was due to the shower curtain not being placed inside the claw foot tub. It has happened before bot not the norm. The 4 frying pans are not rusty at all. The do get replaced when needed. One did seem to not have been scrubbed totally clean. For that I apologize. Hard to catch everything sometimes. It has been taken care of.

Very neat. Pleasant people. Quaint cottage. Stairs to the one bathroom. Maybe a challenge to people with knee issues.

Thank you for your review. Our sites all show and say that 2 of our 3 cottages have the bedroom & bathroom is upstairs. I would hope folks who have trouble on stairs would not book those book cottages.

Booked a cottage for 9 days...disappointed with the condition of the cabin...peeling wallpaper esp in bathroom...disappointed with overall cleanliness...discovered bug infestation and asked for a refund of the balance paid which was refused...were advised by owner Cheryl Campbell to try the Hilton...very poor value here...

Penelope and her husband were a problem from the moment they arrived. The review they give is done out of not being given a refund when they decided to leave early due to their own personal reasons. We would not welcome them back.

Bugaboo Cottages is very quaint and cute. There was plenty of space for my family to spread out. The only disadvantage I see is that the cottages are located on a fairly busy highway. Great experience overall.
