When I went into my room there was a strong mildew smell. I went and bought air fresheners but it didn’t help. I took my shoes off and walked to the bathroom and the carpet in front of the bathroom door was soaking wet. I told the staff and I got down grated from a king sized bed with a jetted tub to a two queen size bed room. They would Not give me any type of refund whatsoever.
I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions but I will Never stay there again.

We got there and told us that the room we was suppose to stay in was had something wrong with so we gotta a crappy room with2 queens and no sorry or nothing

They are doing better. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. Still didn't have a working blow dryer in the bathroom but at least the TV worked and the windows were not broken and locked. This hotel still needs a lot of maintenance items seen too. The pool was closed again. They need a proactive maintenance manager. I expect more from a franchised property like this at this price point.

Was bummed the pool wasn't open. Other than that I had an enjoyable stay.

Not a great experience.
Publié le 29 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe carpet in this facility was soiled and dirty. Should be replaced. I had to go to the front desk to get a lamp for our room otherwise the only lights were in the bathroom and room door. The breakfast, although limited, was cold. Obviously sitting way too long.

Nasty
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HotelsHotel reaked of pot when we walked in. The carpet in the hotel was nasty dirty. Bathtub faucet was leaking. Steady stream coming out when it was off. Shower head sprayed over the top of the shower curtain due to a leak from it as well. Had to put a washcloth on top of it to keep water from getting on floor over the curtain
