Didnt like the fact a stranger had a key to our room around 9 at night unlocked our door my husband stopped him went to the front was told the guy forgot what room he was in excuse me if im crazy that doesnt hold water he opened our door with a key so how does this happen wont be back and ill let others know as well

Checkin in was fine and friendly.
Bedding was worn and bobbly. We slept on the top of the cover as we arrive late and were tired. On check out staff were in the office laughing and watching tv. They saw us leave but said nothing. I put the key in the basket and left.

When I walked into my room there was a strong mildew smell I went and bought air fresheners and it still did not help. I took my shoes off and walked to the bathroom and the floor was soaking wet. I told the staff and the down grated me from a king sized bed with a jetted tub to a two queen size beds and refused and refund whatsoever. I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions but I will Never stay there again!

The refrigerator did not work; there were ants crawling in the refrigerator and beyond; the bedcover was worn; the hairdryer did not work - when I turned it on it sounded like it was going to explode, smelled like burning; loud vehicles in the middle of the night; could not get anyone's attention at checkout to let them know about the condition of the room; the coffee was watered down/weak; the facility overall lacked maintenance/care.
