Figtree Cottage

Betty was a great host, popping in and on us to make sure we were happy with everything.
The cottage was built around 1950’s,
and original furniture is still there

Home Away from Home
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt is call proper peace and relax destination. We enjoyed our 2 nights with ultimate comfort. My daughter loved to run around the backyard and explore flowers and several type of fruits.
Beach is just 2 min drive away.
Betty and Collin are also like minded host. It was our absolute pleasure to stay their place..

Fig Tree Cottage
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our week's stay at Figtree Cottage which is only two minute drive from Mystery Bay Beach and short drive to Tilba, Cobargo and Narooma. The Cottage provided a peaceful and relaxing get away. When not out and about - we kept warm in the cosy heated lounge and dining areas. There's a TV with a dvd player, plus books and board games. The beds were comfy and had electric blankets.

Such a welcoming stay
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our time here. A big house, with plenty of room for kids and a beautiful property too look out over. So close to Mystery Bay and Tilba. Betty was such an accommodating host and even posted us a few things we left behind. Great spot for a family holiday.

Tranquil Paradise
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayHad a lovely stay. Betty was friendly and welcoming. House was very clean with everything we needed. Convenient to Narooma, Tilba and Bermagui. Lovely being able to take our dog for a walk down to the beach. Probably not for those who want to party but perfect for a relaxing break.

An oldy but a goody
Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayFig Tree Cottage was a lovely clean little place over looking a beautiful rural countryside and all the way to the ocean. It had a big closed in yard that my four year old cavoodle loved. The host Betty was a lovely lady. Very close to Tilba central, a lovely little historic village.

Relaxing Weekend at Figtree Cottage
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayFigtree Cottage was a great place to stay for the two of us and our fur baby. The cottage is surprisingly large, clean and comfortable. Hot water in seconds. We liked the semi-rural nature of the property as it was quiet but close to the beach (short walk) and a short ride to either Central Tilba or Narooma. I'm pretty sure our dog had a great time too and was very interested in the cows that graze in the adjoining paddock at the cottage. The owners Betty and Colin live next door (I didn't initially realise this) and are very friendly and not at all intrusive. All in all, highly recommended.
