It’s a lovely vintage hotel in the heart of old Centralia. The manager is so kind and helpful attending to every detail. The rooms and the whole hotel are spotless and comfortable. I recommend this to anyone wanting a unique experience.

1) Front desk guy came out in a ripped tank undershirt and pants at 10:30 am. I paid $20 extra to check in early. 2) Place was sketchy, not well kept up. 3) My room had NOT been cleaned, there was someone elses food in the refrigerator, there was a used wash cloth on top of the shower curtain, there was a used towel hanging behind the door, there were other peoples hair in the sink. Under the coffee pot was a bunch of spilled gross coffee, the coffee pot had no lid so I had to use a straw to push up the button to let the coffee down, took 1 drink and gagged, tossed it into sink and there was a green plug of gunk, thank God I did not drink that part. The bathroom floor had piss all over it. Do not recommend this place to anyone!!

If you inform to office or house keeper for any kind of above complain then we should be able to help you out right a way. The additional 20 charge was due to early checkin fees as you also agree at that time. We are making sure to address rest of other feedback in review. Welcome back to Centralia for any future stay

This place sucks

Couldnt check in, personnel werent there till the time frame listed, did not answer phone nimber on door. Waiting fir a refund

This seems to be incorrect feedback. There was just one customer from Expedia who was taken care of without any issues. Can we get more context on this so can address it properly? It is posted by Annonymus.

we have recently upgraded interior of guest rooms so it is day to day improvements which you might notice as well. I hope you must consider Centralia Inn for any future stay. You are most welcome again. Thanks
