"Great place to stay with a very friendly reception / staff to help you with any needs or request. If I had to pick a negative, it would be the about the room wifi. Should be able to connect to more than three devices and boost signal a bit more. Then again, it could've just been a weak signal in my room. Really enjoyed the spa located on site too. "

"Cockroaches and other bugs in the room and the bathroom/toilet. No pest or insect control. It was warm and sometimes hot. No portable fans available as there is no air conditioning in the hotel. Staff is ok but do not speak much English. A lot of maintenance is required as many things are missing from rooms such as hair dryer etc. "

"Our stay was horrible and we will never use stayz again either, we tried several times to address our concerns with host and he ignored us and we contacted stays and they also ignored us. The accommodation was not as described online, it was unsafe, the showers leaked and made the floors very wet, slipping hazard for my kids. The shower pressure was weak, the doors and windows didn’t lock, also a hazard for my young children, wires hanging out of power points, advertised generator but power goes out and we need to walk 8 flights of stairs with my young children to get to our level at the top, will never stay here again, it was absolute robbery 80 a night! I will also never use stayz again due to them having no care for us, just like the host, how you get away with this I don’t know! Shame on you."

"Very nice view over the city and is one of the best places to sit and watch the lights of Addis. The room was functional and the water in the shower was hot which is a very welcome thing. The room was a little noisy as the balcony door was not sound proof so the stray dogs barked all night and there was no way to reduce the sound. The room was clean and had lots of space. There is an amazing Spa in the building which is well-recommended."

"This hotel was everything we needed with a welcome level of good quality. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and I had numerous meetings with people here and in the coffee shop. The room was also great, except several items were not working in the room. In spite of that, we got very good value and will definitely come back here again. The staff offer excellent service."
