The owners are very friendly and offered a number of suggestions for the area. The unit is a close to the beach as you can get and right next to great bars and restaurants. A provides great access to Hobart without having to be in the hassle of the city. "

"The property was fine. As mentioned in the ad there’s no living area so the ad is very effective. We did have some issues with the bed. And it is a little difficult to find late at night. I think the directions for the actual entrance to the property area could be better.. Good communication with landlord And Repairs managed effectively as needed"
