We were skeptical at first from the over grown lawn but the inside is so cute and cozy! We will definitely be coming back again

Charming inside/outside needs a little TLC

The inside was clean, rustic and charming. The outside however could use a little help. You need to do some lawn work and trimming. We could barely sit on the small front porch without being attacked by weeds. Your listing also needs to advise that you are right next to a junk yard. Although there is a fence separating the property from the junkyard you can still see old cars, etc. all over. Not a pleasant outdoor presence!

I’ve never had a weed attacking me on our deck but what I think our guest may possibly be referring to is a rose bush by the steps that hangs a little over the rail when in full bloom. I enjoy it and would not call it a weed but I guess people do see things differently.
We are next to an auto repair shop. There is a privacy fence between us and the shop but when you go to the upstairs bedroom and look out the window you can see the old cars,etc over the fence. I have placed the bed by the opposite window so there is no reason to hang around that side of loft area as to check out the site.
The house is conveniently located off the highway, affordable, comfortable, and clean.
The back yard does have a fire pit, chairs, and wood and that is on the opposite side from the auto shop so no view of anything but neighbors yards from that area. I placed the fire-pit as far from Highway as possible.
