This was my first time in Cha Am / Hua Hin in the last 10 years. I was so impressed with Ace of Hua Hin. The property is beautiful, clean andstylish. Staff are so prompt and friendly. They have can-do attitudes and always said yes to my request no matter big or small. I highly recommend this hotel. As a person who worked in many five-star resorts and above, I will be back again next time I will stay attached the pool access room.

Was a long way from the Hua Hin center, remote so you need some transport. Excellent resort, clean , great facilities, staff, food .. pool , etc. If you want to walk to bars , restaurants , cafes this is not for you. Three lovely sea food restaurants walking 10 mins along the beach.

โรงแรมดีมาก ทำเลดี ติดหาด อาหารเช้าเยอะมาก เรามีลูกอายุแค่ 2 เดือนไปด้วย ที่โรงแรมมีเครื่องนึ่งขวดนม กับกะละมังอาบน้ำให้ยืม รวมถึงเตียงเด็กด้วย และยังฝากแช่นมกับไอซ์แพค ประทับใจสุดๆ แต่ทางเดินจากห้องพักไปหาดจะงงๆ นิดนึงตามดีไซน์ โดยรวมประทับใจค่ะ

Nice Hotel

The concierge and restaurant staff are all very friendly & helpful. Hotel experienced power tripped for at least 2 hours each during heavy rain on 9 & 10 May 2023. I was told it was due to strong winds that caused the trees to damage the cables.

Lovely room but no sunbathing at pool access Breakfast always cold but a variety on offer No umbrellas or sunbed mattresses apart from on the sala so only comfortable sunbathing for 4 couples Pool furniture old and in need of repair The hotel is lovely and rooms very nice but lots of steps up and down so not for me

Need to call bell boy service 3 hours before check out. They very slow and not communicate as well.
