Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et très professionnel dans ce petit hôtel situé dans la banlieue de Mendoza. Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées avec de grandes fenêtres qui permettent de profiter de la vue du jardin. Le petit-déjeuner est frais et délicieux (media lunas tièdes et croustillantes...). Le service est aux petits soins (réservations de bodegas et restaurants, plans commentés, conseils...).

A great location. However, property and facilities tired and dated. Electricity, wifi and aircon patchy service and no communication from staff about what was happening. Service was poor and unfriendly - for example for the majority of our stay no one was available on the front desk, and when they were they seemed inconvenienced to have to call taxis/ make reservations etc. Check in was hours late with no apology - we were reluctantly offered a snack which on check out they tried to charge for.

Hello Laura, 1st of January has been very busy but we all offered our best attention. The facilities are all revised and in perfect conditions because we have revision standards. Many guests come everyday and nobody complains about air conditioning/ our 2 wifi nets and electricity. We have the best reviews regarding our staff in the hotel. We are all the time helping our guests because our attention is customised. I apologise if you had to wait some minutes at the front desk, our intention is always the best. Nico just asked you in the check out if everything was already payed due to your comsumption (drinks, etc), and nobody was going to charge anything, of course. Sometimes comunication is not fluent when different languages are spoken, but our intention I assure you that is always the best as a small and boutique hotel.

We loved this place. The staff was SO helpful, arranging two amazing days of winery tours and lunches. The hotel is very small and feels very private. The grounds are very nice and the beds incredibly comfortable. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Querido Basilio, o hotel esvazia sua piscina no final do outono para enchê-lo e preparar o belo jardim para a temporada. Sinto muito que você não gostou. É um hotel muito acolhedor, muito bem localizado, com excelentes camas e casas de banho, confortável e oferece uma atenção muito calorosa. Consideramos que hoje em dia são pontos muito atraentes e nosso puntucaión nos endossa. Lamentamos que você não gostou. Elena

Dear guest, Jardín de Piedras Hotel is one of the best located hotels in Chacras de Coria. Although guests do not have to use the car during the stay, and this is a strong advantage, we also have in consideration the balance in our rate, if you compare it with the rest of hotels. Our prices are excellent, and we are known for that. Chacras de Coria is a high demanded area and prices are higher than in the city of Mendoza. It is an exclusive place sorrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants, mountains and peace. This is an important fact to consider before doing a reservation. Chacras de Coria is a very special place for a specific kind of pleople.

Horrible customer service experience

We arrived at hotel late and wanted to relax and stay there for 2 nights. The owner of the hotel told us that her hotel was overbooked and told us we have to leave first thing in the morning. After 3 hours of conversing with her, all we got out that she found us different hotel and will transfer our bags. No compensation, no apology and she even charged us for the meal in her restaurant. We asked how come we have to leave, as other guests have not even arrived and it should be first come first serve, but we did not get any answer. United Airlines comes to mind, lucky she did not get physical. The hotel is clean and rooms are nice, but what is the use if they kick you out.... would never recommend this place to anyone. Just heartless service.

Dear guests we are sorry for the inconvenience, as we told you when you arrived very late to the hotel. Check in was until 21.00h and you arrived after midnight. It was not our responsibility that you arrived so late because of the problem you had crossing the border from Chile to Argentina in the bus company. Not only we gave you a dinner very late at your arrival and invited you to a high quality wine, but also helped you with everything we could at your arrival so that you could have place in one of the bests hotels in Mendoza. Everybody knows this hotel for our loving service, we are well known in Chacras de Coria. I don´t think that you gave all the real information in your write. I am sorry to say that Olga. But we have talked about it. We are very sorry for all the inconvenience you could have felt during your whole trip before arriving to Mendoza, t we know you had many problems and were very upset. But please understand that we were not responsible for your late arrival. We never had an email or phone call to inform us about your delay. And we cannot assure a reservation if you don´t respect the rules informed in the reservation you did via Expedia.com. Regards, Elena and Nicolás
