L hôtel était en travaux mais bon accueil. Environnement calme. Magasin a proximité. Café et jus de fruit a disposition mais pas de petit dejeuner

Would not stay here again. I understand that it was the cheap option provided but this property is in not clean and has zero amenities, advertised pool-closed for undisclosed reason. Elevator not operational-undisclosed reason. Room was dirty, not vacuumed, stains on walls, etc….exterior property dirty and damaged. I was also allowed to book with a credit card company and then upon arrival was told they don’t process that card and wouldn’t accept cash as payment. If there are other options in Chadron I would go elsewhere! I am seeking a refund…..

Aside from the mud covered snow along the outside of our property, it is cleaned on a regular basis to assure there is no trash or hazardous items left behind in the parking lot. We do have breakfast available each morning, we also have guest laundry facilities and vending options behind the main portion of the lobby. We do state all of these things upon check-in, as well as letting guests know upon arrival that the pool is closed due to license deliveries being behind with the state. Had you asked why the elevator was down we would have been more than happy to let you know that it is need of repair for a snapped tension cable and we are currently waiting on the repairmen to come repair it. All of these "undisclosed" reasons were explained to you upon check-in, aside from the elevator, which I was unaware you were curious about. We do have multiple signs posted on entry doors and the front desk explaining that we do not accept cash as a payment form, and I wasn't willing to make an exception, for you or anyone, as that is our hotels policy. We also have the cards that are accepted at our property posted on the door, unfortunately your card was not one of the cards listed.

Bad stay need to clean

I paid 87.00 to stay here it was not clean at all shower curtain was drity and the fridge the floor hadden be vacuumed it was not good.

It was an adequate stay and they were very accommodating to my request for late arrival and possible cancellation if need be

Property is ok for the pricing. A little run down. The 24 hr coffee was cold the first morning and they didn't have any the second. Staff isn't very attentive. Never came in the room to refresh towls or remove gargage

Please be sure to have all Do Not Disturb signs removed before 9am to ensure housekeeping cleans rooms daily. We unfortunately had run out of coffee due to supply and demand issues while awaiting our food truck orders arrival, they have since arrived and coffee is available 24 hrs a day once again.
