It is quiet and easy to check in. Not a lot of parking options.

Mold on the shower curtains. Something ground into the carpet. Refrigerator didn’t work. Air conditioning vent was broken just shot down to the floor.

What passes for breakfast was pretty disappointing. If all you want is a cup of coffee and a piece of fruit, you'll be happy. But the lack of protein means that an hour after eating their food, you'll be hungry again. There is a McDonald's close by, and several guests brought their Egg McMuffin back to the breakfast nook to finish.
I don't know if the waffle batter spout is clogged, or if it is a feature to save batter, but it (without exaggerating) takes longer to fill the batter cup than to cook a whole waffle.
