Property was convenient and easy to get to. There were several eating places nearby.
I didn't like the maintenance of the property. The bathtub looked terrible because it needed to be refurbished. I woke up to a water bug on my nightstand. I didn't like how the staff just dismissed my complaint.

Average property that could use a refresh. If it wasn't in a college town with limited hotels, it wouldn't be as used or popular.

Will I be double charged?
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI am still uncertain that I will not be double charged for this stay. The front desk insisted they did not receive the payment from Hotels.com although I had a receipt that I had paid. This was due to a wrong expiration date of my credit card from the info the hotel received from Hotels.com. I spoke with a virtual agent and he told me the problem will be resolved. I got an email this am from the front desk that makes me not so sure.
