This hotel charged me twice. I booked through Expedia and charged my credit card again. The credit card was supposedly use for incidentals. I called the next day and said they’re sorry to charge my credit card instead of them charging Expedia. 1 week and half has passed still waiting for them to reverse the charges. Beware of this hotel charging you twice.

While I can most certainly understand your frustration, having been charged two (2) times for your stay, I can assure you it was an error and not something "malicious" done to offend you. We have corrected the issue but it is out of our control, once we issue/release the CREDIT, how quickly your card issuing bank/entity moves to effect that refund on your card. I will tell you, as a general rule, they ususally tell us it takes approximately 11-14 "business" days. Please note, that does not equate to calendar days! Fourteen (14) "business" days would be the equivalent of almost three (3) weeks. If you do not see the CREDIT from us in the next several days, please call the Hotel and ask to speak to me so I can follow-up on the CREDIT and assure you are taken care of. Again, I do apologize for our error and hope you understand, we do make mistakes, we are not perfect and I assure you, the error was not "malicious." Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! It is the ONLY way we can truly improve!!!

We had never stayed at this hotel before, but really liked it. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. There were several nice restaurants within walking distance.

The gym's facilities are largely unusable and most are labeled under repair. And the sound insulation is very poor, and the air conditioner is very noisy at the bedside.

Ownership of the property changed midweek. Instantly smelled cleaner with more evident cleaning visible. Dislike that the Today show blares all morning long in the lobby. And weirdly enough, is piped to the elevator lobbies too. I don’t need to listen to ads as I wait for the elevators! Both treadmills broken..unimpressive! Overall felt this stay was not as pleasant as previous stays.
