Homewood suites was a great place to stay. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast were good. The gym was good. The only reason for a four star was because the pool was cold, otherwise it was a great stay.

We have stayed here before and loved it. This time was not so great. The gentleman working the front desk was pretty rude when we were trying to check in. Not happy at all that we booked through Expedia. The pool was filthy. I had to skim it myself because I was full of clumps of hair floating around and you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool at all. Ran out of breakfast by 9AM both mornings leaving few choices. Very disappointed with this visit.

Good location. Average breakfast. Swimming pool dirty. Bathroom not clean. Staff was good.

No Hilton quality
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HotelsOn arriving at the hotel, the receptionist did not react to my entering, so I said "I'd like to check in". Then the receptionist lady started laughing like crazy. She said my accent was funny. This is an extremely insulting attitude against a guest.
A couple of days later, I wanted a bottle of mineral water. So I went to the shop at the reception, but there was no bottled water. So I asked the receptionist if there are any bottled water I can buy. He said only the water they have is the free bottles for newly coming guests. While I was talking with the receptionist, a manager-like lady cut in to our conversation and started saying she had something to talk to the receptionist about different subject from what we were talking. She completely ignored me, a guest, and started talking about a certain hotels business matter. The hotel manager completely ignored the guest! Also, the breakfast lounge is very dirty like pig pen.
This hotel is totally out of Hilton quality, and I will never stay here again.

Property was clean, close to food places, outside of campus town, front desk service was slow.

Property staff doesn’t clean well there was beer can & old hot dogs in the oven & under pull out
