Cleaning Update: We strive to offer the cleanest, safest home possible. The home is disinfected after every stay, cleaned and disinfected again. Touch-less hand sanitizer pumps are located in the kitchen and each bathroom. All frequently used remote controls are sanitized, prior to your arrival. Disinfecting wipes are always available. NOBODY has access to the home between when housekeeping visits, and your arrival. Please contact us if you have any questions, or special requests.

If you are considering a weekend 2 night stay, please check out our rates for Sunday night as well, Sunday’s are often a fraction of the weekend rates, and gives you more time to enjoy the resort and our home.

This Mountain home is more than just a Condo, or a room for the night. Our Mountain Home is located slope side in the Stoneridge community within The Villages at Seven Springs. Our Guests find our Home to be warm, cozy, and inviting! Our Home is in one of the best neighborhoods on the mountain. We are one of the few rentals located right on Boomerang Trail.

For Summer rentals we are in a great location. Our home is located at the top of the mountain, which has amazing views, along with a great mountain breeze.

We have 2 balconies, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, or your nightcap.

The outdoor pool is less than 100 yards away, and has ample parking if you choose to drive.

Seven Springs offers a FREE shuttle service between our home and the Main Lodge, Adventure Center, Golf Course, and Sporting Clays, so you are never far away from the action.

Seven Springs has also become know as a World Class Mountain biking venue, offering 30+ miles of Cross Country, and an amazing Downhill Park. Riders love our home because we offer a garage, and have easy access to the trails. Mountain Bikers can enjoy a single 1 mile downhill run to the activities center, where you can purchase your lift ticket, and ride the mountain all day long.

We have customized our home to be very accommodating to outdoor enthusiasts, who are seeking adrenaline during the day and comfort at night.

When the snow is not on the ground, you can take advantage of everything our home and location has to offer:

-We are located about a mile from the Sporting Clays, which has a great restraunt, and hosts corporate events most of the year.


Our mountain home includes 3 Bedrooms, all with queen size beds.

Common Area includes a kitchen, dining, and living room space. The sofa folds out into a queen size bed.

The kitchen is equipped with a Electric Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Refridge-Ice Maker, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Glasses, and other necessities to make you feel at home!

Great Stay

Great place and great location!
Overall, we loved this condo. Great for adults and children. The kids’ bunk beds were really awesome and they loved them. The king beds were very comfortable too. The location couldn’t have been better. Right on the boomerang trail and just in front of Goosebumps slope. Everything was made to be very convenient by our host, Ron. He made everything easy for check-in and check-out. I’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect Ski Getaway!
We absolutley loved this property! It had perfect train access, including ski lockers right by the walkway. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, the beds were comfortable and my two girls, 9 and 11, said "This is the best place we have every stayed because the beds light up!". They loved the cubbies in the bunk beds for their books and the lights by the beds were perfect for bedtime reading. Very nice place to stay with a beautiful view from the balcony. We would definitely book this place again and I intend on recommending it to friends.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location was easy to access the seven springs ski resort. Perfectly set up for a ski getaway. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the ski trails. The host was very responsive and provided helpful tips for enjoying the area. We loved the stunning mountain views from the balcony and can’t wait to return for another winter vacation!

What a lovely place this is. Spacious main bedroom with lovely view, connecting bathroom to a room with bunkbeds for kids/teens. Then a nice additional large bedroom with full bathroom. Great kitchen, large dining room, nice living room. Host really went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. Terrific stay. One note: the swimming pool is a short (3-minute) drive to the next community, and the host has a pass that grants you access. It's a nice pool with a hot tub, but important to note it isn't really walking distance from the place, just a short hop. Fabulous stay!

This was our second time staying in this property. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Ample beds and space for our teenagers and college student, and incredible ski in/ski out ability. Ron was communicative and helpful with our questions and a great host!

Holiday snowboard trip
This was probably the easiest check-in/check-out process I've experienced through vrbo. The host was very attentive, informative, and accommodating. Condo was very well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids loved the built in bunks! Location is great, however, during our stay the weather did not cooperate so NO ski in/ski out, but the shuttle was available at 15 min intervals to get to the resort. Would definitely stay again! Wonderful Time and Relaxing Stay!
Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) had a fantastic time staying in this condo the week after Christmas. We loved the convenience of being able to ski-in/ski-out and we enjoyed watching others ski/snowboard on the slopes right from the dining room table. Ron was very kind and communicative from beginning to end -which I appreciate. Will definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our mid-week ski getaway before the holidays. Condo was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. I loved everything about the property. Summer in the mountains is also beautiful to me. Less crowded and more relaxing, however it isn't much to do there as it is built for the winter but the kids had a great time. The house was just perfect for us. The kids room was a high light. They loved that there were plugs and charging ports on the walls everywhere in the room and of course the LED lights 🥰 I would recommend this property especially to families with kids of all ages. Oh and the pool area was amazing, they even had an area to grill. I highly recommend 👌
