Great Location and Home
Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall we had a great experience here! When we first arrived, we noticed the pool seemed a little foggy and green. We contacted the managing company and owner and someone was out that evening to fix it and it was swimable the next morning! The house was clean and for the most part, everything was as expected. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and not the same as the pictures, but we used it very little as the weather was great and we were always outside! We would recommend the house to anyone, the Clubhouse, which was just a 10-minute walk, was a great way to spend our days lounging and the area felt safe and very well cared for! Great place.

Great house walking distance from club house

Fantastic in every way

OK in Champions Gate

Owner is super responsive and super kind. He clearly values his property and wants his guests to have a good time. And the house truly is nice......
Unfortunately, management has let this property go quite a bit.
Any issues addressed with management were taken care of, but some of the issues never should have happened with regular maintenance and care of the property.
The only complaint the we have for the public, is the couches in the listing pics are not the couches in the home. The couches in the home are much, MUCH too small for a home that sleeps 14. Not sure when they were replaced, but pics should be updated to reflect change.

Spring Break
Publié le 5 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat stay. Needs more baking and cooking utensils. Needs more furniture outside. Needs another fridge… 1 fridge for 16 people is not enough. Other than that the stay was wonderful.
